After searching for about six months and growing weary from chasing other "contractors" around we finally arrived at Mike DiMatteo Carpentry. Our project was an over 500 sqft deck in a high water table area (close to a lake). The deck would include two sets of stairs and a mix of pressure treated and "trex type" of materials to keep cost in check. Mike came out and provided a very professional needs analysis and updated us on current safety standards. With everything laid out in black and white we proceeded.
